This is a great resource for both tenants and landlords as a first stop towards understanding what the eviction process entails.

If you have applied and your application seems “stuck” in the system:
- Make sure you have access to your email address, because all communication from this program arrives by email.
- Set up email notifications on your phone if possible, to ensure you will be notified if the application requires updates after submission
- Consider adding an “additional user” in section 12B of the application. Doing this ensures that your other user will also receive notifications about application status updates
- Ensure you understands that email updates from the State case managers will arrive from the “Neighborly” software, check your Inbox and Spam box for these messages
- If you selected electronic payment, understand that once the application processes through to the status called “paid”, an email requesting banking information for transfer of funds will arrive from “Bill.com”. Search both your Inbox and Spam box.
